FamilyProperty supports payment via Credit Card or via Debit Card (attached to a bank account) if they support online transactions.
Admins can make changes to the card on file at any time.
To change the card on file:
- Login to FamilyProperty at https://app.familyproperty.com.au/
- Click on 'Account' > 'Settings' > 'Subscription & Billing' > 'Update Details'.
- The 'Update Credit Card' form will appear (pictured below), allowing you to update your firm's credit card details.
- Once done, click on the 'Update Card Details' button to save this change.

Billing invoices will go to the default Account Admin on file, but Account Admins can also manually download billing invoices by clicking on 'Account' > 'Reports' > 'Invoices' and selecting an invoice to download.
Additional email addresses for billing invoices can also be listed under 'Account' > 'Settings' > 'Email - Alerts' - just add in an email address under the 'On subscription payment' field.
