This is helpful for Lawyers/Mediators who may want to setup the Matter first, or even start entering some basic information, prior to inviting the client to access the Questionnaire.
To do so, create the Matter without checking the 'Yes, invite my client to access the intake questionnaire' box.
After the Matter has been created, go to Matter 'Set-up' by finding the matter in your list, click on the '...' icon on the right hand side and selecting 'Set-Up'. Tick the option to invite your client to the Questionnaire. It's important to note that any data you may have entered into the matter, could be updated by the client through the questionnaire.

Depending on the client's mail server, in some instances the email may be found in their junk/spam folder. You can manually re-send the invitation link to the client. Simply go into the Matter Set-up, scroll down and under the Questionnaire sections, you'll see this message:
Click on 'Get their link' and copy and paste it in an email to the client. Once they click on this link, it will open the sign-up page to create a password and from their they can continue completing the questionnaire.
5. I've invited my client to complete the questionnaire, can I add more sections whilst they have access?

If the matter is changing from Property only or Parenting only to now include both, you can change the matter type to 'Property & Parenting' and then select/de-select the sections required. The next time the client refreshes or logs into FamilyProperty, they will see the additional sections.
6. My client has submitted the Questionnaire but wants to come back to it. How do I give them access again?

Just locate the Matter in question > click on the … button on the right-hand side of the matter > Setup > under the "Questionnaire completed!" section, you'll see:Click on the link 'Want to reset access to the questionnaire?'. A link will be provided which can be copied and emailed to the client, or simply instruct the client to log back into their FamilyProperty account.
