When inviting your clients to complete the Questionnaire, you may be interested in sending this out in parts. For example, sending only the 'Personal Details' section and the 'Relationship' sections.
This is a great option for clients who you believe may be overwhelmed with receiving all sections of the Questionnaire at once.
Each time your client submits their Questionnaire, you can then add in additional sections - such as the 'Income', 'Expenses', 'Assets & Super' sections (and so forth) - and then re-grant your client's access to the Questionnaire.
To send the Questionnaire in sections:
- Upon creating the Matter, check the box to: Yes, invite my client to access the intake questionnaire, and check/uncheck the Questionnaire sections you wish for your client to begin with.
- Hit Save - your client will receive an invitation to fill in the Questionnaire with the above sections only.
After your client has submitted the Questionnaire -
- Go to the Matter Listings page and look for the Matter in question.
- Click the ... button to the right of this Matter > Setup > check additional Questionnaire sections as required. You can also uncheck the sections already completed to allow the client to focus only on the new sections.
- Once you've selected these additional sections, click on the "Want to reset access to the questionnaire?" link - this will generate a link which you can then email directly to your client. (We recommend customising this email, letting your client know you've added additional sections into the Questionnaire and asked them to log back into their FamilyProperty account)
(You can repeat the above Steps 3 - 5 as many times as you like - resetting your client's access to the Questionnaire does not clear data that they've previously submitted into the Questionnaire.)
