Navigating your Matter List View

The Matter List View provides an overview of a user's matters, and allows them to access important settings and notifications.

 

 

When a user who has admin or user access logs into FamilyProperty, they will see a Matter List View. Within this screen, a user can access a list of their matters, along with: 

  1. Account-level settings (admin users only)
  2. The Help Forum
  3. Matter notifications
  4. New feature updates
  5. My Profile

A user can also:

  1. Create new matters
  2. Edit their matters, using the ellipsis (...) icon to the right of any particular Matter
  3. Order their matters by Title, Created by, Owner, Last updated, File number and Set-up
  4. Filter by Owner (Show matters by all owners, or filter by an individual user). A user's selection will be remembered the next time you login into FamilyProperty. 
  5. Search - this search bar allows users to search across all of their matters
