The Matter List View provides an overview of a user's matters, and allows them to access important settings and notifications.
When a user who has admin or user access logs into FamilyProperty, they will see a Matter List View. Within this screen, a user can access a list of their matters, along with:
- Account-level settings (admin users only)
- The Help Forum
- Matter notifications
- New feature updates
- My Profile
A user can also:
- Create new matters
- Edit their matters, using the ellipsis (...) icon to the right of any particular Matter
- Order their matters by Title, Created by, Owner, Last updated, File number and Set-up
- Filter by Owner (Show matters by all owners, or filter by an individual user). A user's selection will be remembered the next time you login into FamilyProperty.
- Search - this search bar allows users to search across all of their matters
