When creating a Matter in FamilyProperty, you can invite your client to complete the Questionnaire, which can be configured to include (or exclude) different sections, such as the Personal Details, Relationship Details, Income, Assets, Expenses, Superannuation sections and more.
Inviting your client to complete the Questionnaire:
After creating a Matter, and specifying the Matter Type (Property, Parenting, or both), choose to populate the Matter via the 'Questionnaire', and decide whether or not you wish to include the Current Situation section.
Next, check the box to say 'Yes, invite my client to access the intake questionnaire' and input your client's email address.
You will see a list of all the sections that can be included in (or excluded from) the Questionnaire - check or uncheck these sections to tailor the Questionnaire for your client. The last section shown is 'Client Portal', check this box if you would like the client to move straight into their portal after submitting the questionnaire to start uploading documents for disclosure. When ready hit 'Save'.
Your client will receive a invitation email - they can create their FamilyProperty account to login and submit the Questionnaire from there.
