If your firm allows for Matters to be created via a Shareable Link, potential clients can fill in a Questionnaire that is:
- Emailed to them directly by a staff member on your team
- Attached as a link on your email signature, or
- Embedded into your firm's website:

When a potential client starts the Questionnaire and saves their data OR proceeds to the next section, a new Matter will be created within FamilyProperty and will show in the matter listing as 'created by = Shareable link'. These matters can be treated as a new lead or potential new client for your team to pursue.

1. Can my client start the Questionnaire and finish it at a later time?
Yes they can!
If your client starts the Questionnaire via a Shareable Link, they can click on the 'Continue later' button at the top of the Questionnaire - this will provide them with a unique link to continue at a later time.
However, do note that Questionnaires can only be Submitted by a client once. (See below for more info.)
2. Can my client re-submit their Questionnaire?
No, the Questionnaire is designed to be submitted by your client once.
Prior to submission, your client can access their Questionnaire as many times as desired, making edits and saving these changes as needed. However once they hit Submit, your client will be locked out of their Questionnaire.
If this was done prematurely, a Matter Admin may manually re-grant a client access to their Questionnaire - see below.
3. My client filled in the Questionnaire but it is incomplete. How can I re-grant them access?
If your client has submitted the Questionnaire:
Find the Matter in your Matters Listing page > click on the ... button > Setup > you'll see the following "Questionnaire completed!" section - click on the link and send this unique link to your client.
If your client has started but not yet submitted the Questionnaire:
When the client moves past the Personal Details section of the Questionnaire, the Matter will be saved to your Matters Listing page. From there, a unique link is generated for client-access to this Matter.
If your client cannot find their unique link, you can re-send this to them by finding the Matter in question on your Matters Listing page > click on the ... button > Setup > you'll see the below "Your client accesses the Questionnaire via a link." message - click on the link and send this unique link to your client.
