If your FamilyProperty Firm settings allows for new Matters to be created via a Shareable Link, then you can embed the Questionnaire into your firm's website, allowing potential clients (Leads) to provide you with information critical to their family law matter.
For example - via an embedded Questionnaire - a new Lead could provide you with their personal details, marital status, assets, income, liabilities (and more!) prior to your first call or meeting with them.
To embed the Questionnaire into your website:
- Click on Account > Settings > Matters > and ensure 'Allow matters to be created via a shareable link' = 'Yes'.
- Under the Shareable Link subheading, click on 'Show instructions for embedding the questionnaire in your website.'
- Copy and paste the displayed HTML code into your firm's webpage/s where you want to embed the Questionnaire. (Pasted this code in before your closing </head> tag in your HTML files.)
- Add the following to any button or link on your website that you want to be used to launch the Questionnaire:

Alternatives for Leads:
Your firm may also be interested in setting up Legal Bot, which allows you to collect information from potential new clients (Leads) via a chatbot embedded into your website.
Legal Bot will send an email to your firm with this Lead's information - as collected by your Legal Bot configuration - and, if the Lead confirms this is a Family Law Matter, a new Matter can be created in FamilyProperty for this Lead.
