Sharing Selected Documents
When using the Disclosure Portal to share your documents, the first step is to mark those documents as Accessible. This can be done one by one by clicking on the '...' icon to the right of the attachment itself and selecting 'Make Accessible'
Or to mark multiple documents as accessible at once, click on Disclosure in the left-hand menu, then Attachments to open the attachment browser. Use the boxes to tick which attachments you wish to make accessible and then click the button 'Mark as Accessible'.
Those documents will now be clearly labelled as 'Accessible':
If you need to remove the accessibility, simply click on the '...' beside the attachment and click 'Edit' where you can change the disclosure setting back to Private:
Whilst viewing the Attachment Browser, you can review your accessible and private documents by click on the drop-down arrow next to the 'Search' field to filter your view. Under 'Show' you can review documents that are still private or accessible:

FAQ. Can access to the disclosure portal be revoked?
This can be done by setting or changing the passcode. To do this, click on Disclosure access under Disclosure in the left-hand menu. Set or change the existing passcode. The other side will no longer have access to the Disclosure portal using the unique link unless they have been provided with this passcode or it has been removed.
