Once your client has submitted their Questionnaire - or if you invite them directly to the Client Portal from the Dashboard - they will be taken to the portal below to begin uploading documents for disclosure.
The client can use the left-hand menu to browse through all the recommended documents for each item, starting with items in their balance sheet.
To upload a document, the client:
- Clicks on the 'Attachments' button under the item name.
- Click 'Select a file' and then 'Browse' where they can select one of several documents to upload.
- If desired, the client can add a more meaningful short summary name, provide additional comments or leave these fields blank and simply click 'Attach'.
Once attached, the client is unable to delete these files at their end.
Your client can upload their documents for disclosure over multiple sessions as needed. Each time they login to FamilyProperty they will be taken to this portal and they can work through the recommended documents for each item.
