While your client is working on the Questionnaire, it will frequently auto-save in the background to ensure no data is lost, even if they log out without completing the Questionnaire.
Prior to submission of the Questionnaire, your client can exit and return to their Questionnaire over multiple sessions as needed. They can come back at any time by logging in to FamilyProperty at https://app.familyproperty.com.au/login.html.
Once the client has completed as much of the Questionnaire as possible, they need to click 'Submit' on the bottom of last page to complete it.
Note - once a client has submitted the Questionnaire, they will be unable to access it again.
If your client has submitted the Questionnaire prematurely and you wish to re-grant access, you can locate the Matter from your Matters Listing page > click on the ... button > Setup > under the "Questionnaire completed!" section, you'll see:Click on the link and send this unique link to your client so they can regain access to the Questionnaire.
After the Questionnaire has been submitted:
Once your client has submitted the Questionnaire, depending on your invitation settings, your client may be directed to the Client Portal.
If you chose to include the 'Client Portal' when inviting your client to complete the Questionnaire, your client will be moved straight over to their Client Portal where they can start uploading documents for disclosure. (This can also be done over multiple sessions, and each time the client logs out and back into FamilyProperty, they will be logged back into their Client Portal.)
However, if you chose NOT to include the 'Client Portal' when inviting your client, they will have no remaining access to the Matter after the Questionnaire has been submitted. (When they login, they will see a simple "Questionnaire submitted" message.)
