When you click on the Parenting or Property tab within Smokeball, you may see a message which states:
"You are not in your FamilyProperty account’s list. Please contact your account’s administrator to get access to FamilyProperty”.
This means that your administrator has not given you access to the integration.
If your firm administrator needs to grant you access, they are able to do so by logging into FamilyProperty through their web browser.
