For firms that are on a per user per month plan with FamilyProperty (FP), the administrator of your account can apply a setting that allows you to control who has access to the integration.
You have the option to:

Allow everyone who is a Smokeball user to gain access to FamilyProperty. They will be automatically added to FP matters and your account user list if they access the Questionnaire or Parenting/Property tabs in Smokeball.

Restrict access to only those staff listed as a FamilyProperty account user. See steps below.
Steps to Restrict Access:
1. Go to the Parenting or Property tab in a Smokeball matter.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Options, then scroll down and click on Account Settings.
3. Click on Integrations > Practice Management - Who can access FamilyProperty through your Practice Management system?
4. Choose 'Restrict access to only my FamilyProperty account users' (shown below).
5. Press Save.
5. To add or remove users from now, click into Options and then Account Users.
What will my staff see if they don't have access to the integration?
If a staff member doesn’t have access to FamilyProperty and they try to click on the Parenting or Property tab or the Questionnaire button in Smokeball, they will get a message: “You are not in your FamilyProperty account’s list. Please contact your account’s administrator to get access to FamilyProperty.”
