What information syncs between FamilyProperty and Smokeball

The FamilyProperty Addon is available in Family Leads as well as the following Family Lawyer matter types:

The following data fields currently sync between the Smokeball Lead/Lawyer Matters and the corresponding FamilyProperty matter:

- Cohabitation Date
- Marriage Date
- Separation Date
- Divorce Date
- Marriage Town/City

 

 

Please note: The integration currently does not work for matters created in the FamilyProperty web browser. 

If you have already created a matter using the 'Create a matter' function, please contact FamilyProperty support. Alternatively, you are able to delete the matter in FamilyProperty and create a matter through Smokeball.

 

Mediation matter types

If you are an organisation that uses Mediation Matters, you will have access to the original (V1) integration on your Mediation Matter type.
