When you access your Smokeball Lead or Matter, you will have a Property and/or Parenting tab to access the relevant FamilyProperty features, depending on the Matter type.

Go to Smokeball

Open a Lead or Matter

Go to the Parenting or Property tab and click on it.
Please note: You will not be able to see the Documents menu item in the FamilyProperty left hand menu. Instead, the ‘Smart Forms’ button in Smokeball can be used to generate FamilyProperty forms and documents.
