When you go into Smokeball and click on the Property or Parenting tab, you may see the below error message: 'Cannot connect to FamilyProperty'
Steps to fix this issue:
- Go to your File Explorer and paste 'C:\temp' where you can see the home icon.
- Delete all of the items in this folder. They may look like the below.
- Go back into Smokeball and try accessing FamilyProperty through the tabs again. If you cannot access FamilyProperty after taking these steps, please reach out to the support team for assistance.
