Using the Questionnaire Report, you can download all the information that your client has entered into the Questionnaire to a Word document for you to save or print as needed.
To download this report, if you have the Questionnaire open, simply expand the left-hand menu and under 'Documents', click on Questionnaire report.
Once completed, the report will be available in the Document section of the Smokeball matter/lead.
From the Dashboard
If you are already working within the Property &/or Parenting tab in Smokeball, you can download this report at anytime by clicking on the Smart Forms button at the top of the screen. The Questionnaire Report is listed first. Click on it to save the report in the documents section of the Lead/Matter as per above.
