Use the ‘Smart Forms’ button (found on the Parenting or Property tab) to access the list of FamilyProperty documents and smart forms that can be generated.
Instructions:

Go to Smokeball.

Click on the Parenting or Property tab (as applicable).

Click on ‘Smart Forms’.

Select the document or smart form you would like to generate.

Complete the smart form (if required).

Once the document has been generated, go to the Smokeball document list. The document will take about 20-30 seconds to upload into Smokeball.

Open the document to start working in it.
Where do my documents save?
The documents you generate through the 'Smart form' button will automatically save into the Smokeball Matter, and can be accessed from the Matter's Documents List.
(Note: The document can take up to 30 seconds to upload into the Smokeball Matter's Document List.)
