Using FamilyProperty within EvolveGo Matters

The FamilyProperty integration can be used in the following type of EvolveGo Matters: 

"Family" Matters  "Family Mediation" Matters
  • Children
  • Children & Property
  • Property
  • Financial Agreement
  • Divorce
  • Children & Property Mediation
  • Children Mediation
  • Property Mediation

Lawyer matter types:
If you are a firm that uses EvolveGo lawyer matters only, you will have access to the following features on your matters:

  1. Send, resend and open the FamilyProperty Questionnaire from the Matter Intake tab.
  2. Select from a range of FamilyProperty intake forms depending on the type of matter e.g. Property &/or Children. If required, you can further customise the sections to send to a client from FamilyProperty itself. 
  3. View the status of the form and send a reminder from the Intake tab
  4. Access the FamilyProperty Parenting and Property tabs from within the matter
  5. Auto save documents generated in FamilyProperty using the Smart Forms button to your EvolveGo matter.
  6. Sync documents between FamilyProperty and EvolveGo.

Intake Form and Property & Parenting tabs:

Click on the Intake tab, where the FamilyProperty Questionnaire is available and shown initially as the Intake Enquiry form. Click on the 3 dots menu icon and select 'Send' where you can then choose which version of the FamilyProperty questionnaire you wish to use and how you'd like to share it. Alternatively, choose 'Edit Response' to input information already obtained. 

 

The Parenting and Property tabs give you access to FamilyProperty's interactive balance sheets, parenting calendar as well as a range of Documents and Courts Forms via the Smart Forms button.

 

Mediation matter types:

If you are an organisation that uses Mediation Matters, you will have access to the original (V1) integration on your Mediation Matter types.

 

You can access the integration using the original FamilyProperty button.

If you are a firm that uses EvolveGo Lawyer Matters AND Mediator Matters, you will have access to:

1. The new integration for your Lawyer Matters (V2); and

2. The original integration (V1) will continue to work for your Mediation Matters. (Enhanced V2 support for Mediation Matter types is going to be undertaken in the future.)
