Which FamilyProperty Matters get synced to EvolveGo?

With the integration enabled, the following EvolveGo Leads/Matters will have a corresponding FamilyProperty Matter created:

 

For EvolveGo Leads

For EvolveGo Matters:

  • Children
  • Children & Property
  • Property
  • Financial Agreement
  • Divorce
  • Children & Property Mediation
  • Children Mediation
  • Property Mediation

 

Additionally, if any potential new clients fill out the Questionnaire via a Shareable Link:

  1. A new FamilyProperty Matter will get created for you in FamilyProperty, and
  2. A corresponding (linked) EvolveGo Lead will be created for your team in EvolveGo.

 

NOTABLY -

Any FamilyProperty Matters that are created manually via the '+ Create A Matter' button in FamilyProperty will not be automatically created in EvolveGo.

If you have already created a FamilyProperty Matter via the 'Create a Matter' button, please contact FamilyProperty support for assistance linking this up to an EvolveGo Lead/Matter.

Alternatively, you can archive (and delete) this FP Matter and create it through EvolveGo instead.
