Generating FamilyProperty forms and documents in an EvolveGo Lead/Matter

When using FamilyProperty via the EvolveGo integration, the User Interface (UI) differs slightly than when using FamilyProperty via a web browser.

 

To generate FamilyProperty forms and documents in EvolveGo:

  1. Open a 'Family' type Lead or Matter in EvolveGo.

  2. Click on the 'Parenting' or 'Property' tab

  3. Click on the 'Smart Forms' button.

  4. Select the FamilyProperty document or form you wish to generate.

  5. (If this is a smart form, complete the form and hit Download.)

Smart

 

Once the FamilyProperty document or form has been generated, it will be available via the 'Matter' tab on your EvolveGo Lead/Matter - under the Document List.

 

Note - this can take up to 20 - 30 seconds to be available under the Document List, depending on the size of the file.
