Accessing attachments for a Matter via the EvolveGo integration

When using FamilyProperty via the EvolveGo integration, the User Interface (UI) differs slightly than when using FamilyProperty via a web browser.

To access the Disclosure Portal's "Attachments" view in an EvolveGo Lead/Matter:

1. Open a 'Family' type Lead or Matter

2. Click on the 'Parenting' or 'Property' tab

3. Click to expand the left menu and click on Disclosure > Attachments 
   
   
   

4. Click on All Attachments (or the relevant category of attachments you wish to view).
   
   You can view the attachments for this FamilyProperty Matter from here!
   

   • For PDF documents - clicking on the file will open the PDF in a pop-up window.

   • For non-PDF documents - clicking on the file will download the file.
     
     

5. To close the Attachments view, click on Children & Parenting or Balance Sheets (and select a Balance Sheet) via the left sidebar.
