If you're logged in and want to change your password, you can click on the ... icon in the top right > click on My Profile > click on Security > and change your password from here.
However if you've forgotten your password, you can use the steps below to reset your password.
- Head to https://familyproperty.com.au/ and click on Login/Signup in the top right corner
- Click on the Login button
- Click on Reset Password and input your email address to trigger a password reset email to your inbox. You can use this password reset email to change your password.
Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 non-alphanumeric character.
Didn't receive a password reset email?
Please check your Spam or Junk folders or filters.
If a password reset email is still not reaching your inbox, we recommend whitelisting or adding the postmaster@mail.familyproperty.com.au email address to your Safe Senders List.
If you're still not able to receive a password reset email, please reach out to the support team for assistance at support@familyproperty.com.au.
Note: If you never set a password on your FamilyProperty account (for instance, if you only access FamilyProperty via the Smokeball integration), reach out to the support team for help!
