Sending the FamilyProperty Questionnaire through Smokeball Intake

Which leads or matter types is the FP Questionnaire available through intake?

Sending the FamilyProperty Questionnaire will be available for:

  1. Lawyer Family Leads
  2. Lawyer Family matters as follows:
    1. Children
    2. Children & Parenting
    3. Property
    4. Financial Agreement
    5. Divorce

How do I access the FamilyProperty Questionnaire?

From the lead or matter, go to the Intake tab, where the FamilyProperty Questionnaire is available as the Parenting and Property form.

You can open the FamilyProperty Questionnaire by double clicking on the form.  Alternatively, click on the right-hand menu (three dots) and select ‘Edit Responses’. Any information already obtained from the client can be entered into the form and will be automatically saved. 

 

How do I send the FamilyProperty Questionnaire to a client?

  1. There are two ways you can send the Questionnaire:
    1. From the Intake tab within the Lead or Matter; and
    2. From the new lead screen when creating a lead.

Frequently asked questions

Will I still be able to use the FamilyProperty Questionnaire button or ‘send questionnaire’ checkbox to open or send the FP Questionnaire?

The Questionnaire button on the ‘Matter’ or 'Lead' tab and the ‘send questionnaire’ checkbox on the New Lead screen will be removed when Smokeball version 9.2 is released.

Which default messages are being used for the intake ‘message' content?

The same messages that are set up in your Smokeball settings>Intake Forms>Clients messages are being used.
